To register and use huc99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. huc99 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if these requirements are not met.

• Non-Employees: huc99 employees, their immediate family members, and any parties with a vested interest in the company are not permitted to register as playing members.

Every huc99 member is fully responsible for their own account. The security of login credentials is the member's responsibility, and huc99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the member's own negligence.

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. If an individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all related accounts will be frozen and all wins and bonuses will be voided.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout use of the platform must be accurate and up to date. Changes to personal information must be updated through your account profile section.
• Password Confidentiality: You must not share your login credentials with anyone. huc99 will never request your password through any communication channel.

• Voluntary Account Closure: Members may close their account at any time by contacting the huc99 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Suspension by huc99: huc99 reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of violating these terms while an investigation is conducted. The suspension is temporary and the account will be reinstated if no violation is confirmed.
• Termination by huc99: huc99 reserves the right to terminate the account of any member found to have violated these terms. In cases of serious violations such as fraud or money laundering, all funds may be forfeited.
